Please welcome Terra Evett to Citizens State Bank!
We’re excited to introduce Terra Evett, a Customer Care Representative II based in our La Crosse office. Terra brings years of hands-on experience in retail banking, loan processing, and customer service. Before joining Citizens, she worked in a variety of roles in banking—from business banking to office management—making her a well-rounded and valuable addition to our team.
Terra is known for her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and friendly approach to every customer interaction. Whether she’s opening new accounts or navigating more complex banking questions, she always puts people first.
When she’s off the clock, Terra loves spending time outdoors—especially kayaking, hiking, and camping. One of the wildest things she’s ever done? Taking a solo trip to Arkansas to dig for crystal quartz in remote caves… with no cell service!
Her favorite color is burgundy, she enjoys listening to 95.7 The Rock, and she’s got a soft spot for animals—especially the small ones. If she had one wish, it’d be to travel the world, starting with a trip out west to see the General Sherman Sequoia and the Redwood Forest.
From raspberry cheesecake and homemade crepes to painting and macramé, Terra brings creativity, care, and a spark of adventure to the Citizens family. We’re happy to have her on board!
