Meet Rachel Varone, Relationship Banker in Clayton!
Earlier this year, Citizens State Bank welcomed Rachel Varone to the team as a Relationship Banker at our Clayton office—and we’re excited to officially introduce her!
Rachel brings a strong background in customer service and leadership. She’s passionate about creating positive experiences for customers and takes pride in delivering personalized support. Her dedication and positive energy have already made a great impression on our Clayton community.
Originally from Chippewa Falls, Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Retail Merchandising and Management, along with minors in Business Administration, Photography, and Video. Her education and well-rounded experience make her a valuable addition to the Citizens team.
When she's not at work, Rachel enjoys tending to her garden, baking sweet treats, and cooking at home. She loves the cozy vibe of fall, especially with the scent of balsam fir candles in the air. Music is always playing—folk is her go-to—and her favorite TV show is The Office.
Some of her favorite things? Sparkling water during the day, a crisp IPA to wind down, salt and vinegar chips for snacking, and dark chocolate for a treat. She also dreams of taking a year to travel the world and one day going salmon fishing in Alaska.
