Meet Sheila Peterson – Director of First Impressions in La Crosse
We’re proud to introduce Sheila Peterson, who recently joined our Citizens team as the Director of First Impressions in La Crosse! Originally from Fountain City, WI, Sheila brings a strong background in customer service and office management. Prior to joining Citizens, she served as the Office Manager where she played a key role supporting sales and service teams, coordinating policy updates, and ensuring clear, compassionate communication with clients.
But there's more to Sheila than just professionalism and poise—she’s a creative soul with a love for painting, crafting, and all things artsy. In fact, she’ll tell you herself: her talents may not be hidden, but they definitely shine!
Sheila is the proud sister of two brothers and two sisters, and if you happen to catch her driving around town, there’s a good chance 102.7 (All 80s, all the time!) is playing through her speakers. When asked what food and drink she’d crave most on a desert island? Eggs and water. (Practical and protein-packed—we like it.)
On her bucket list? Traveling freely once she’s retired.
Her one wish? To stop all disease and sickness.
And the craziest thing she’s ever done? Let’s just say it involved a tattoo and questionable decision-making. (Don’t worry—we won’t tell.)
