Welcome Alyson Burg to the Citizens State Bank Team!
We are pleased to introduce Alyson Burg, who has joined our team as a Customer Care Representative II. Alyson brings a wealth of experience in customer service and operations, and we are excited to have her on board.

Alyson’s professional story reflects her dedication and expertise. Before joining us, she worked as a Loss Prevention Coordinator II and a Payroll Assistant, where she developed strong skills in managing complex tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction. She also has experience as a Deposit Operation Specialist and Member Relations Specialist.
Get to Know Alyson Burg
Alyson is originally from Medford, Oregon. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, biking, and reading. A memorable adventure for Alyson includes a 30-hour road trip to California with her fiancé, where they lived out of their car in Joshua Tree National Park for nine days—without running water!
In addition to her adventurous side, Alyson is a beekeeper, reflecting her interest in nature and sustainability.
She enjoys watching HBO or Netflix and has hidden talents in painting and other creative activities. If stranded on a desert island with only coconuts, Alyson would crave a Moscow mule and lasagna. Her bucket list includes swimming with sharks in a cage, despite having seen the movie 47 Meters Down. Her music preferences include Harry Styles, Noah Kahan, and Shakira.
