Since joining Citizens in March 2014, Mariah has made a lasting impact through her leadership, positive attitude, and genuine commitment to the success of those around her. Whether she's mentoring teammates, supporting bank initiatives, serving customers, or giving back to the community, Mariah consistently embodies the values and engagement that make Citizens a great place to work. As the leader of our Treasury Management department and one of our top Business Banking producers, she pairs that engagement with exceptional performance.

She exceeds customer expectations each day by going beyond transactions and focusing on building meaningful relationships. Her customers know they have a trusted partner who is invested in helping them succeed, and her dedication to delivering an exceptional experience continues to set the standard.
Her impact extends far beyond her portfolio. As leader of Treasury Management, Mariah has helped strengthen team performance, support innovation, and enhance the overall client experience. She serves as a mentor and role model for others, sharing her knowledge, encouraging growth, and helping teammates reach their full potential. Whether she is coaching a coworker, collaborating across departments, or stepping in to help solve a challenge, Mariah leads with positivity and a "Yes, I Can" attitude. Mariah's engagement is also evident in the many ways she contributes to our culture. She embraces accountability and our bank measurables, actively participates in contests and initiatives, and was even an ‘Olympic Winner’ during one of our internal competitions. She helps bring people together by organizing team potlucks, participating in Soup Club, and finding ways to create meaningful connections among coworkers. She is also a proud member of the Citizens Sluggers co-ed softball team, further demonstrating her enthusiasm for building relationships and fostering camaraderie outside of the workplace. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious, helping to foster the collaborative and supportive culture that makes Citizens special.
Outside the bank, Mariah is equally committed to serving others. She generously gives her time to numerous organizations and causes, including serving on the Children's Museum Board, supporting Junior Achievement, volunteering with Bangor Schools, participating in 4-H, delivering through Meals on Wheels, and volunteering regularly. Her passion for making a difference reflects the values we strive to live every day.
