She’s always ready to jump in, offer a helping hand, and go the extra mile—whether she’s shining in her role as Internal Auditor, stepping in to support the CER line in La Crosse or Onalaska, or even volunteering her time on a Saturday to ensure things run smoothly. That’s dedication in action!
She’s also an incredible mentor to new CERs in La Crosse, generously sharing her knowledge and experience. Caitlyn has created clear, easy-to-follow procedures and makes sure our 2-hour follow-up standard isn’t just met—but mastered. Her thoughtful coaching and approachable style make her someone others naturally look up to and learn from.
But wait… there’s more! Caitlyn is a culture champion through and through. From sending Cheers in TINYpulse to boosting morale with engaging social media posts, she’s a true spark of positivity. She actively follows our engagement criteria, and her drive to learn, grow, and support others doesn’t go unnoticed. She shows up each day ready to make a difference, and her energy radiates throughout the team.
Caitlyn’s heart for the community is just as strong. She’s a proud and passionate volunteer, dedicating time to amazing causes like iFeed, Meals on Wheels, and the Salvation Army Bell Ringing Campaign. Whether she's helping to feed families, support seniors, or bring joy during the holidays, Caitlyn puts care and compassion into everything she does.
