Senior Leadership is excited to announce Amy Waldera as the Engaged Employee of the 2nd Quarter! Amy’s exceptional performance and dedication have set a high standard in our Treasury Management department, making her a well-deserved recipient of this honor.

Amy consistently goes above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our Treasury Management customers. Her commitment to providing outstanding service has not only garnered praise from our customers but Amy’s proactive approach and keen attention to detail ensures that our customers receive the best possible TM experience.

Amy’s positive "can-do" and “yes I can” attitude is infectious and plays a crucial role in nurturing our company culture. She approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and determination, inspiring her colleagues to do the same. Her ability to remain optimistic and solution-oriented, even in the face of adversity, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Amy is always willing to offer feedback and praise to her peers, and her thoughtful insights help to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment especially in Customer Care and TM.

By actively participating in social media and company events, Amy is demonstrating her commitment to our #communityengagement. Most recently, taking on preparation for the VIP Golf Outing, ensuring its success through meticulous planning and execution.

Amy’s emotional commitment to the success of the TM department and the company is evident in her daily actions. She has been instrumental in creating comprehensive documentation and procedures, which have helped streamline our operations, and improved efficiency. Additionally, her diligent work on our recent ACH audit items, policies, agreements and TM audits highlights her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.

When not assisting our customers, Amy is busy reaching out into the community, making marketing calls, and promoting our TM services. Amy shows her engagement through supporting bank products by utilizing BaZing, Get More wins and doing many coffee deliveries to ger connections and TM Customers. Her efforts in community engagement help to expand our reach and build lasting connections with potential customers.

Amy embodies the qualities we value most in our employees. Her exceptional service, positive attitude, willingness to provide feedback, active participation in events, and dedication to our TM department's success make her a true role model.
