Executive Leadership is thrilled to announce that Elizabeth Schamber has been named our Engaged Employee of the 4th Quarter of 2023!
Elizabeth's exceptional contributions have not only enhanced our workplace culture but have also significantly impacted our community and customer service. Her dedication is evident in her active participation in several committees, including Café, United Way, Celebration Party, and Themed Lunch Lady. Her enthusiasm in hosting after-work Bingo sessions has brought us together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and fun!
Giving back to the community is also important to Elizabeth and is evident by her hours of volunteering her time to Hunger Task Force, Toys for Tots, the Salvation Army bell ringing, and Mobile Meals.
Beyond her committee and community involvements, Elizabeth has been instrumental in offering constructive feedback through her star submissions. Her ability to send 'Cheers for Peers' has been a source of motivation and acknowledgment for the team, uplifting everyone’s spirits.
Embracing a "yes I can" attitude, Elizabeth has stepped up to assist with new responsibilities, notably helping the Customer Care team with Mobile Deposits. This adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges demonstrate her commitment to both personal growth and the success of our bank!
