Welcome Sophie Lenzmeier to the Citizens Team!

 

We are excited to welcome Sophie Lenzmeier to Citizens State Bank! Sophie has joined our Onalaska office as a part-time Customer Experience Representative (CER), bringing her passion for customer service and enthusiasm for learning to the Citizens team.

Sophie is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. With several years of customer service and retail experience, she brings valuable skills in communication, teamwork, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

 

Get to Know Sophie!

Originally from Andover, Minnesota, Sophie graduated with High Honors and was a three-year varsity basketball letter winner. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and attention to detail make her a wonderful addition to our team!

 

Outside of work and school, Sophie enjoys cooking and baking, listening to country and rock music, and spending time with family. Here are a few fun facts about her:

  • 🏕️ Most adventurous experience: Winter camping in the Boundary Waters!
  • 🌎 Hidden talent: She can name every country in the world.
  • 🍕 Favorite food and drink: Pizza and Diet Coke.
  • ✈️ Bucket list goal: Traveling to Europe.
  • 📺 Favorite TV channel: Discovery Channel.
  • 💙 One wish: To live somewhere amazing with her sister!

We are thrilled to have Sophie as part of the Citizens family and look forward to watching her grow in her banking career.
