We’re excited to introduce Rianna Fust, who has joined Citizens State Bank as a Relationship Banker.
Rianna brings with her a strong background in customer service, retail leadership, and social media management—skills that make her a natural fit for serving our customers and community.
She has demonstrated reliability, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail throughout her career. From leading teams and managing multiple priorities to creating welcoming customer experiences, Rianna has shown she knows how to keep operations running smoothly. Her ability to connect with people and build strong relationships will be a valuable part of the #CitizensExperience.
Originally from Ringle, Wisconsin, Rianna now calls La Crosse home—a move she made on a whim at age 19 that turned into one of her best adventures. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball, listening to country music, and watching her favorite shows on HBO Max. She also has a playful competitive side, claiming a hidden talent for winning at rock–paper–scissors. When asked about her bucket list, Rianna shared her dream of traveling through Europe by train to explore different countries and cultures. And if she ever found herself stranded on a desert island with nothing but coconuts, she says she’d miss ice cream and coffee the most.
