Welcome Nikki Horihan – Citizens' Newest H.E.R.O. Assistant!
We're excited to officially welcome Nikki Horihan to the Citizens State Bank team as our newest H.E.R.O. Assistant!
With over 25 years of HR experience under her belt, Nikki brings an incredible depth of knowledge in HR operations, process improvements, and employee engagement. She’s already brought great energy to the team, and we can’t wait to see her continued impact.
Nikki is originally from La Crescent, MN, and loves spending her time walking outdoors and being with her family. She’s one of four siblings—two brothers and one sister—and has a unique hidden talent: she’s known as a true “baby whisperer!”
Fun fact: One of the craziest things Nikki has ever done is buy the house she lived in during college at UWL (from 1991–1994). She’s now been living there for the past 18 years!
When she’s relaxing, Nikki enjoys Netflix, tunes in to 102.7 FM, and dreams of traveling to Sicily—especially to the beautiful resort featured in White Lotus Season 2. If she were stuck on a desert island with only coconuts, she'd be wishing for ice cream and iced coffee.
