We’re excited to welcome Jenni Jackson as the new General Manager of our La Crosse office!
Jenni brings over 21 years of experience in leadership and operations, having worked her way up from a store employee to an Operations Manager overseeing 31 locations at Rottinghaus Company, Inc. (Subway). Her dedication to building strong teams and her passion for helping others make her a great fit for Citizens State Bank.
Outside of work, Jenni enjoys playing volleyball, baking without following recipes, and listening to country music. She’s also taken on some adventurous challenges, including serving on her local fire department—despite a fear of heights! A few of her favorites include Diet Mountain Dew, steak, and mystery or crime TV shows. She also dreams of visiting Paris and hopes for a world where every dog in a shelter finds a loving home.
