Congratulations to Klarissa Shepeck on her promotion to a Universal Banker in our Onalaska office!
Klarissa’s story here at Citizens State Bank started in January of this year and she has continued to grow and prove her dedication ever since! Having employees like Klarissa, who are always ready for the next step and want success for the business, is very important to us and something we value about her!
One thing about Klarissa that we find to be outstanding is her ability to think outside of the box. She has made many suggestions to better her role, her office, and the company! Klarissa is all about working smarter not harder and achieves the goals she sets for herself!
Another thing about Klarissa that we find important is her ability to be a leader. During our Core Conversion, she truly stepped up to the plate and lead by example. Klarissa had a positive attitude and was always willing to go above and beyond for both her coworkers and customers! Providing the #citizensexperience is something she never fails to do!
