Citizens Digital coming August 15

Dear Valued Customer,

We currently have several different online services including Citizens24, Citizens Biz, Citizens24 To Go, and Citizens Remote, all having a different navigation and requiring different logins. We’ve heard this can cause confusion, inefficiency, and not the best experience. We are excited to inform you this will no longer be the case after 08/15/2022 with the launching of our new online banking tool, Citizens Digital!

 

New features to include:

• One convenient login
• Enhanced security features to protect your identity
• Facial recognition based on your device
• The same look on computer, tablet, and mobile device
• Ability to mobile deposit more than one check at a time
• New Bill Pay system (Don’t worry… current payees will transfer over!)
• Additional new features to include account to account transfers

 

In the next few months, you will be receiving more communication, exciting updates, and information on how to login to Citizens Digital! We also encourage you to follow us on Facebook @CitizensStateBank and on Instagram @citizensexperience as we will be posting videos on how to use Citizens Digital! At this time, there is nothing you need to do, we are just being proactive in communicating the exciting changes! 

As with any change, it will be different and cause some uncertainty; however, many of these changes have been requested by you, the customer.
