A big hats off to Steve Daniel! Steve joined Citizens at a time when leadership in both Operations and IT was needed. Despite not having a lot of experience in either area, he immediately made a significant impact with leadership, raising the bar of both departments! Through the years the same can be true of his impact in the overall organization and his ability to help in so many areas, specifically his ability to manage remodeling and construction projects. Which allows him to shine in his current role of SVP-Facilities & Security. Congratulations on your 10 year anniversary!!
