How long have you been in HR?

What was your education and career path before you landed in HR?
I majored in Music Education, Minored in German Minor UW-L. When I left school, I started working for a bank. A “few” years and 3 banks later, I “left” banking, but got to stay with the bank I love in the HR department.
If you weren't so damn good at your job, what would you be doing?
Crazy
What's the most inspiring part of your job?
Seeing new employees grow. Citizens does such a good job of teaching employees their job along with getting outside your comfort zone. I often feel like a proud parent…watching my “kids” grow.
If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?
Teleportation. Then I could travel wherever I wanted, and not have to spend time in the car/plane.

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars here at Citizens?
Put your seat back and tray tables up, buckle your seat belt, strap in, and enjoy the ride of your life!
If you could invent a holiday, what would it involve?
