We are excited to announce our 4th Quarter Engaged Employee, Lisa Lien! Lisa has exhibited excellent work ethic, git-r done attitude, and dedication over her years as a banker. These are just a few reasons Lisa Lien is our Engaged Employee of the Quarter!
Being shorthanded this year could have left her with a bad attitude or frustrated, but instead of allowing those emotions, Lisa felt empowered and optimistic. She viewed the staffing issue as a challenge and an opportunity for her to relearn the Relationship Banker role. When there is a 5th Saturday in the month, Lisa has been known to jump in as a CER to help the team out! Lisa works hard to keep her office happiness level up, and take opportunity to find humor at work; just check out past funny boards. It is not uncommon of Lisa to be the butt of some office pranks, and she takes all of these with a smile while planning her revenge.
While Lisa may be quieter about giving back to those in needs, she has the biggest heart of gold. There are many sweet older customers who Lisa is very connected with. She will spend her free time taking them small gifts to the nursing home and giving them the best present: the gift of her time. Lisa and her office had done such a great job providing lunch for the local Blood Drive that they now get asked several times a year to participate.
Lisa, you have had an amazing impact on the bank and the Clayton office’s success over the last few years, and 2019 was no exception. Congratulations Lisa on being our 4th Quarter Engaged Employee, and thank you for your support of the bank and your ENGAGEMENT!
