Congratulations to Sam Besl on his promotion to General Manager in our La Crosse office! Sam’s story here at Citizens started in 2021 and he has brought his fun and upbeat personality to the office! Whether he is making someone laugh at a joke or singing in the café, it is never a dull day with him here!
Sam began as a Relationship Banker and just short of a year later has been promoted to our General Manager. He continually demonstrates a positive attitude and true leadership by mentoring his coworkers to help them reach their full potential! One of Sam’s greatest accomplishments at Citizens was being the Marketing Call Champion after only being here for 6 months! Way to go, Sam!
